Wednesday 14th October marks 100 years since A.A. Milne's first Winnie the Pooh book was published. That is a century of beloved childhood stories, treasured memories in the 'Hundred Aker Wood', and of course plenty of honey.
With just one week to go until the very special anniversary, we're reflecting on the celebrations we have shared so far, and looking ahead to what's still to come.
The Hundred Aker Trail
Inspired by the locations within A.A. Milne's original stories, we are pleased to bring the Hundred Aker Wood to life around the Ashdown Park Estate. Ask for your trail map at reception and set off on an adventure to find Pooh Bear and friends' homes. Why not warm up in our lounges afterwards?
