Throughout the evening, Andrew will introduce each course from a carefully curated winter menu, sharing the inspiration behind every dish and highlighting outstanding ingredients sourced from trusted Sussex producers. Created as a relaxed, interactive dining experience, the Winter Supper Club brings people together around the table to enjoy great food, good conversation, and the warmth of the season in welcoming surroundings.

To continue the experience beyond the table, each guest will receive a personalised menu featuring links to the recipes enjoyed on the night - a lasting reminder of an evening centred around seasonal dining, community, and Sussex craftsmanship.
