Executive Head Chef Andrew Wilson invites you to the second Summer Supper Club of 2026. Throughout the evening, Andrew will introduce each course from a thoughtfully curated seasonal menu, sharing the inspiration behind every dish and highlighting the exceptional local produce sourced from trusted Sussex suppliers. Designed as an interactive and sociable dining experience, the evening offers the chance to connect with fellow food lovers in a relaxed, welcoming setting.

We are delighted to partner with Bolney Wine Estate, who have kindly paired Chef's dishes with a glass of wine from their estate. 

To extend the experience beyond the table, each guest will receive a personalised menu with links to the recipes enjoyed on the night - a true celebration of seasonal food, community, and the very best of Sussex.
