We are excited to announce that we will be hosting a series of special ‘Flavours of the Month’ luncheons throughout the year, in our award-winning 2 AA Rosette Anderida Restaurant.

The first luncheon will take place on Wednesday 4th March and will focus on nettles and wild garlic. The menu, expertly created by our talented Executive Head Chef, Andrew Wilson, offers guests an exciting opportunity to explore unique seasonal flavours, which they may have never tried before.

March’s menu includes delicious pork belly terrine with nettle purée and wild garlic sweetbread salad, fresh pot roasted monkfish accompanied by wild garlic gnocchi and nettle pesto and, to finish, an indulgent banana Eton Mess with soft nettle ice cream.

For those who are either unable to attend March’s ‘Flavours of the Month’ or simply can’t get enough, our second special lunch menu in the Anderida Restaurant on Wednesday 1st April, will be focusing on wood pigeons and morels. Looking ahead, Wednesday 6th May focuses on asparagus and Wednesday 3rd June includes delicious new season lamb.

Our Anderida Restaurant is renowned locally and nationally for its innovative and superb cuisine, which is why we have decided to celebrate the fantastic seasonal ingredients available and creative menu process. The luncheon also provides guests with the perfect opportunity to try exciting new flavours.
