Executive Head Chef Andrew Wilson invites you to an evening celebrating seasonal food, local produce, and the very best of Sussex hospitality. Throughout the evening, Andrew will introduce each course from a thoughtfully curated seasonal menu, sharing the inspiration behind every dish and showcasing exceptional ingredients sourced from trusted Sussex suppliers. Designed as an interactive and sociable dining experience, the supper club offers the opportunity to connect with fellow food lovers in a relaxed and welcoming setting.
We are also delighted to welcome guest speakers from Park Farm Cottage, who will share insights into their beekeeping and honey-making journey. Guests will have the opportunity throughout the evening to purchase jars of Park Farm Cottage honey to take home.
To continue the experience beyond the table, each guest will receive a personalised menu featuring links to the recipes enjoyed on the night - a lasting reminder of an evening centred around seasonal dining, community, and Sussex craftsmanship.
