We have designed a range of exercise classes which are available throughout the year. Class schedules are updated regularly so keep popping back to check!

Class sizes are limited to 10 people per session, so early booking is advisable. All classes are Free to Country Club Members, Hotel residents and Spa Day guests. Non-members are able to join as a day member for £25.00 - this entitles them to full use of all the Country Club facilities as well as the exercise classes.
