Firstly, thank you to everyone who attended our Christmas Ladies Luncheon today and who have attended our Ladies Luncheons throughout 2017.
We cannot believe how fast this year has flown by! With 2018 fast approaching we have been busy arranging a host of wonderful talks and presentations, not forgetting a fashion show, for you look forward to!
Our Christmas Ladies Luncheon, held today, was hosted by our Executive Head Chef Byron Hayter, who joined Ashdown Park earlier this year.
He captivated the audience with a cooking demonstration of Venison (which is currently available* on our menu in the 2 AA Rosette Anderida Restaurant) and naughty chocolate truffles with a Gin infused filling!
He also provided us with interesting top tips for cooking at home and insights into where his passion for cooking originated with some lovely anecdotes about his Grandmother.
At the end of the demonstration, Chef welcomed a Q&A session so anyone could ask about the dishes he demonstrated or general cooking questions before the three-course festive luncheon was served.
If you would like to ask Chef for some top hints and tips but missed him today, this Wednesday 6th December, he will be hosting our Coffee Morning in the Fairway Lounge within the Country Clube, with some delicious treats!

Ladies Luncheons is £37.50 per person. Included in the event is an arrival drink, presentation/ talk (or a Fashion Show in April) and a delicious three-course luncheon.
