A leisurely round of golf...an invigorating swim...a pampering treatment in our award-winning salon – leisure facilities at Ashdown Park cater for all tastes and ages and are so extensive that many guests spend their entire stay on site. If you do want to venture further afield, there are the glories of Ashdown Forest to explore - 6,400 acres of ancient woodland, much of it criss-crossed by footpaths and bridleways.
For golfers, there is a Par 3, 18 hole golf course, driving range, putting green and indoor nets. If you want to improve your game, we can arrange for tuition from an experienced coach. Walkers can enjoy delightful circular walks straight from the front door while, if you want to move at a slightly brisker pace, you can try one of our jogging trails in Bluebell Wood. Other activities include swimming in our indoor, temperature controlled swimming pool, tennis, snooker, croquet, or a workout in our well-equipped gym. We offer a variety of classes in our air-conditioned aerobics studio.
We’re also very good at pampering our guests and offer a wide range of beauty treatments in our award-winning salon. These include prescription facials, aromatherapy massages, body and heat treatments, manicures, pedicures and make-overs. Our professional therapists can advise on the treatments best suited to you.
