'Tony and I would like to thank you and your team for a most enjoyable stay at the Ashdown Park last weekend. We were lucky enough to arrive with winter sunshine on Friday and enjoy 18 holes of very relaxed golf on your par 3 golf course. In fact, the first hole we played straight up the fairway to a crowd of monk jack deer who seemed very unperturbed by our efforts.
The room we stayed in had such a marvellous view of the grounds and was incredibly spacious and comfortable. The added extras of complimentary chocolates and a Nespresso coffee machine only added to our delight.
We received attentive service throughout the hotel and I can highly recommend the Indian Terrier cocktail (I think that was the name but please correct me if I'm wrong) which I have memorised with different food combinations and rich ingredients.
Not to miss a trick we got up early Saturday to enjoy a swim in the Country Club, followed by a healthy breakfast (me) and Tony couldn't resist the fry up with made to order fried eggs! I then enjoyed a relaxing facial in the spa and prior to leaving we walked around the glorious grounds of the hotel and onto the pontoon to see the huge fish in the lake.
A faultless stay in beautiful surrounds. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend to friends or clients.'

'On arrival you get a wonderful view of the hotel and grounds as you go down the drive. Ashdown Park Hotel is set in a gorgeous area and the staff are extremely friendly and helpful on many levels. Upon arrival I was impressed with the hotel's decor and the lovely warm log fire in reception, which on a snowy evening was perfect!
The hotel rooms were lovely and spacious and had all the amenities that you could think of. The leisure facilities were great, very clean and tidy and created a relaxing atmosphere. The food was wonderful, a selection for all tastes and well presented.
The venue as a whole is very classic and beautiful and the grounds are second to none! I would highly recommend a visit to Ashdown Park Hotel to everybody.'

'Steve and I cannot express what a wonderful experience it was to stay at your hotel over the Christmas period. From the moment we arrived everything was done to ensure that our visit was memorable. Everyone working at the hotel went out of their way to make sure that we could not have asked for more.
Special thanks to Mark for being so amusing and the lovely lady who stood out in the cold serving mulled wine and coffee. I would also like to mention the gentleman in charge of the falconry who managed to conquer a life-long fear of mine of birds in flight, I even ended up with one on my arm feeding!
We have extolled the amazing quality of your hotel to everyone we have met on our return and I believe you will receive more bookings from this side of the Channel. Please pass on our sincere thanks to everyone who made it such a wonderful Christmas for us - we will return.'

'I just wanted to pass on my thanks to all the staff at Ashdown Park Hotel for a really lovely night's stay on 26th August. It was our 1st wedding anniversary and we wanted to celebrate it in a gorgeous hotel with some relaxation, some delicious food and some lovely grounds to wander in during the afternoon - your hotel was perfect!
The staff were all very friendly and helpful, particularly the lady who managed to sort our reservation when our agency had inexplicably cancelled it the night before we were due to arrive! Thankfully everything was sorted out and the rest of our stay was wonderful.
So on behalf of me and my husband, many thanks to you all and we look forward to being able to return, possibly with our tennis rackets in hand text time!'

'Just wanted to drop a note of real appreciation for the service we received last week from your hotel, the service was fantastic and very friendly.
Special mention must go to Mark and Aiden in Concierge as the level of service and helpfulness was top class and they helped us out on numerous occasions (arranging family car to be cleaned, help with a double windsor knot!, arranging a car for my bride when ours didn't show up in time!!!), to name but a few.
The surroundings are fantastic, but it is the service of those working at your hotel that brings people back. We will be booking again in the future.'

'We wanted to tell you that we all thoroughly enjoyed the weekend. Everything was lovely - the rooms, especially ours, the food, the grounds, the swimming pool and the staff. All the staff we encountered in the hotel and the Country Club were friendly and helpful and did all they could to make our stay enjoyable.
Richard looked after us so well on Saturday evening and at our lunch on Sunday - he was very patient in dealing with all our different requests. Please thank him and all the others.
