The Country Club has been equipped with brand new (May 2012), environmentally-friendly gym equipment.
Pulse Fitness Cardio equipment is part of a brand new Fusion range. All products are self-powered, with the exception of the treadmills, which is in keeping with our green credentials as a hotel.
All Fusion Series 2 products have the flexibility to be coaxed, which then activates the inbuilt digital Freeview box within each console, providing each member with a choice of over 100 stations to watch. Every cardio station comes complete with an iPod facility where videos and films can be played back through the integrated console. Pulse Fitness is the only manufacturer in the world to offer a colour TV and iPod docking station that is completely self-powered.
Hotels guests receive complimentary membership of the Country Club while they are resident at the hotel.
Membership of the Country Club includes use of all the facilities including the 18 hole, par 3 golf course, swimming pool, gym and exercise classes as well as discounts off spa treatments, food in both the Fairway lounge and Hotel, retail items, favourable accommodation rates in the hotel and exclusive member events.
